I'm not in your industry, but it was interesting to see webpages I regularly visit through the eyes of someone who does. There were a lot of things I would have missed had you not pointed them out, and other elements of some site's designs that I felt were "off", but I could never describe how. Maybe on the NBC site, the organic swirls and green texts were to allude to the "green" commitment they (and their parent company, GE) have for the planet. Wow, you have quite an eye for design.
